Our school is centered around hands on techniques.  While the incorporation of text book literature and a final exam are given we know first hand you must learn this wonderful skill through hands on experience.  Your highly qualified teacher has over 30 years of dog grooming experience along with ownership of her successful dog groomery.

During your 8 week session the times associated with our school are Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm. You will be taught how to groom all breeds with the latest techniques, how to manage and operate equipment along with the skills needed to schedule appoints, book keeping etc.

Our goal at South Charlotte Dog Grooming School is to provide you with necessary skills needed to work in a dog salon.  Our course is comprised from over 50 years of professional dog grooming experience from 3 dog groomers. We know what you need to and understand the skills needed to be taught to take your career to the next level.

We only accept 1-2 students per our 8 week semester as we want to provide the most attention to our students.  Upon completion & final examination of the course you will receive a certificate and the option of 3 additional weeks of internship.  The option to upgrade your enhanced learning experience with a mobile pet groomer is available as well.
